Roy Sound Healing ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sound Healing Worldwide app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, that provider shares your name, email address, and profile photo with the app so we can personalize your account (display name and avatar). This information is kept on your device only — we do not operate our own servers or database that store your account details. We do not collect any personal data beyond this, and we do not store any payment information — all purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google.
Audio tracks are streamed from our cloud storage and cached on your device so they play smoothly. We do not track, record, or analyze which sounds you listen to or when.
We use Google, Apple, and Facebook only to let you sign in, and Apple Inc. or Google LLC to process purchases, each under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Sound Healing Worldwide is suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary: signing in is optional and only shares the name and profile photo the sign-in provider gives us, exactly as it does for adult users, and audio playback is not tracked for anyone. Before completing a purchase, we show a simple parental gate (a short math question) so that only a parent or guardian can start a subscription. We do not show personalized/behavioral advertising and do not knowingly sell children's personal information. A parent or guardian who wants to review or delete information associated with a child's account can contact us at soundhealingworldwide@gmail.com.
The app has no account system of its own and no server-side database — nothing about you is stored on our servers to begin with. Signing in only lets a third-party provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook) share your name, email, and photo with the app itself, and that information stays on your own device.
To remove this access at any time, without needing to open the app:
Uninstalling the app also clears everything cached on your device (name, photo, downloaded audio). There is no additional retention period: since we never hold your data on a server, there is nothing left for us to delete or retain once you revoke sign-in access or uninstall the app. To cancel a subscription, manage it from your App Store or Google Play account settings. For anything else — including a request to delete any information you believe we may hold — contact us at soundhealingworldwide@gmail.com and we will respond within a few days.
